This Privacy Policy describes how Brainy: AI SEO & Content Boost ("the App", "we", "us") collects, uses, and discloses information when a merchant installs and uses the App on their Shopify store.
When you install the App, we access certain Shopify store data necessary to provide the App's functionality, including product content (titles, descriptions, metafields), store information, and usage analytics related to app performance.
We use collected data solely to operate, maintain, and improve the App's SEO and content generation features for your store. We do not sell merchant or customer data to third parties.
We retain data only as long as necessary to provide the App's services, or as required by law. Upon uninstalling the App, store data is deleted in accordance with Shopify's mandatory compliance webhooks (customers/redact, shop/redact, customers/data_request).
The App may use third-party AI service providers to generate content suggestions. These providers process data solely to fulfill this function and are contractually bound to protect it.
